Very clear and only the girl, the blurry background is just great here and all the attention goes to the girl (what a beauty...).
Also the composition, not centered, I like this shot very well, Jason, nice done !

Although I am not a fan of this kind of polished look(I prefer a little more natural)I do like the overall quality of this shot with very good use of dof and good pose.

hey jason!
just a quick question, and a comment. What is she picking, and she's dressed very nicely for farmwork.

As for the technical aspect, I'm not going to give you suggestions, because I do not think, there are any problems that need to be adjusted. I like the way you decided to take this picture, it's horizontal, rather then vertical. the subject is aligned more or less to the right, and you decided to keep it in colour. I think it would have worked both ways, but the colour doesn't take away from the composition.
