Hello Aga !

Happy New Year first . May 2008 be a successful one to you , your family and your students (^_^).

I like the idea here and composition. I am afraid although , she looks a bit too blurred here. Her visage and neck are too soft . It would not be a problem if all the picture would have the same apperance. It would be like a David Hamilton portrait. This is only my opinion of course (^_^).

I agree with Robert, there is something about a blur around her face and hair.

Hi Aga,

I once had a group of teenage girls staying over just after they finished highschool and they all wrote down their hopes and dreams for the future - but most of them forget the dreams and have to settle for practical things to earn money - it's a shame really that they can not all take a year off and follow their dreams.
A lovely soft portrait of your pupil with eyes filles with dreams.

The mood of this is very lovely, superbly reflective
Very fine composition, wonderful light.
I don't know whether it is my screen or not, but it seems to me that there is a little noise around the girl's face. Selective noise removal (with Photoshop or Neat Image) would conquer that minor problem

hey Aga, Nice shot, though sharpness is behind the girl it seems...... just a tiny little fill in flash would have made her portrait in the environment much more exciting........
