WOW!! Indrajit,
Excellent portrait!! Wonderful light and sharpness! Beautiful skin tone.
Should have been more careful while creating the black BG! There are few marks on the edges. Every thing eles is excellent, specially the bright coloured cap stands out!!

This is a nice portrait Indrajit, with a photogenic subject and good colors. I dislike that you removed the background, which is a technique that doesn't appeal to me. I like the expression you captured and the eye contact, but find that at this slow shutter speed your hand shake contributed to some loss of sharpness. Excellent, uniform light.
