Nice girl, interesting pose. Good background. Nice shot. Regards!
Very nice, great eye contact and lovely confidence in her pose. I think it could have been cropped a little more from the top - or the whole angle of the camera lowered a little. In fact if you had moved to your right you could also have changed the angle, so that big leaf wouldn't have been right behind her head!
Minor details though, it's a pleasant portrait that works well. Black and white was a good choice for this!
