Wow... much nicer than the 'Red Barn' I immediately thought of... The Warehouse! ...
What a stunning spot... it would be delightful to pull up a deck chair, fire up the barbie and have a drink while watching the sunset and enjoying the beauty of NZ... aaaahhhh....

Nice simple composition with good lighting giving that feeling of space, I like it.
