Kind of unfair teasing us with just parts of this car Silke...;-( Unless you're planning a follow up shot, I think you could have had the courtesy to put the whole car in a workshop. Or, you could have improved this shot by including a full shot of the car under the chrome arch made by the two name pieces. Just my opinion though. So much is subjective when it comes to art. What pleases one, doesn't please another. Otherwise good effort.
I did a workshop which I'll try to post tomorrow...

Yes, good oldays. Really beautiful cars that time.
Beautiful picture, superb tribute, you presented here.
One of my friends had a second hand Packhard 1953, too.
Big fun we had with it. Ones we drove with atleast 12 boys and girls in it. Roads where nearly empthy that time, (eurly 60ths) haha

Such great detail and clarity in the images Silke. I love how the picture feels like one could reach and touch the car’s chrome. I find looking into the reflections very interesting and wonder who one can almost see there. Just an awesome job of the framing and positioning. Lovley imaginative shot.

Hi Silke,
I like each of these photos very much in their own right,
You captured some great light, color and reflections off of the chrome for each, very cool!
To be honest I'm not crazy about the collage presentation, but then again I'm not a big fan of that type of thing in general.
Still the shots are great,
A three for one special!
