Hi Darwin,
For me, the answer to your question depends on what your intention in taking the shots. For me, the message of the image is very clear, even if you didn't mention "sayaw sa tugtog", I can easily tell that the people in the image was dancing (or maybe doing some activity with a lot of movements). So, if your intention was to tell the viewer that the people were dancing, then I think you nailed it man. It doesnt really matter what technique you used. The subject is about movements, so I guess you did the right thing in showing some movements in the image, otherwise if you freeze them, for me, it would be too static. Actually, I already saw this kind of image published in two pages in National Gegraphic and it's all about dancing also.

try mo bro shutter priority... 1/70 or upto 1/50.... kung madilim, taasan mo pa ng konti iso mo... or use a tripod kung gusto mo tlaga macapture ung movement... happy shooting!
