Pretty nice shot except for a few thing.
Mat be it's the camera, but the focus is way too soft, at least the eyes should be sharper. The cropping is too much ( back of the head) or not enough if you want tight cropping.

Watch out for neat image, if not ajusted properly, it soften the image too much. I thing I do with it sometime, is to use it BEFORE unsharping and compare it when to sharpen before it. Big difference it does depending of the noise of the picture. Use the lower ISO setting if you can.
