Great photograph Louie. Wonderful, dramatic skies and an interesting subject. I like the workshop version more because the colors are more natural. The blue tone of the clouds in this version seems surreal. As for the composition, perhaps, positioning the boat a bit higher up in the frame would help.
Overall, this is a great shot. You have the eye for impactful photographs!
