Nicely balanced composition and an especially good capture of textures and colours in the reflections Tim.

I would almost be tempted to add a gradient - dark grey, or even orange - through the sky for added impact. I think it would lift the dreariness from the sky and really give it some life!

A very beautiful 'stil life', as it were ;o).
As you prove here, a dull day can render nice images, Tim. I love the reflection and the excellent saturation of the colours, especially on the former lightship.

Come on Tim, be more specific. Teach me the secret of fire; what have you used for that adjustment:curves or levels.I think it was curves because curves is Ferrari,levels is just a ...regular car:)
You mentioned the levels but no word about colors; it is impossible to get these colors out of the camera,right?
