| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Some street art, or graffiti as we used to call it, by dbase. The artwork relates to the reality that the UK is becoming/has become a surveillance society. There are around 4 million CCTV cameras in Britain that makes about one camera for every 14 people. They don't make me feel anymore comfortable.
I converted the photo to B&W as I think it had more impact like that - the door is a dark blue and I wanted more contrast with the black. Besides, the surrounding colours only detracted from the main subject. I wanted someone entering the frame to give it some scale and so I used my friend.
I hope you like it

Nice one Paul, it works well in B&W and is a striking image. I agree with you about our wonderful surveillance society, especially taking into account how careful our government are with our personal data! Well seen and shot, and nicely composed.
Cheers, John.

I love this photo. This is techniquely very well done and creative. It is a shame that not more people left a positive comment on this picture! Maybe because it is related to the famous question of points or no points.TFS!
