[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo in café Nostalgica, Ottawa.
I took this picture by placing the camera on my beer glass to accomodate for a very low shutter speed.
The standing girl in the picture is a bartender and she is trying to do something. What do you think it is? I will post the answer in 2-3 days ... I just want to see if someone can guess right. ha ha

Let me know if you think I was able to capture the moment well or not.
Cheers
Your critiques would be welcome

Look at the workshop by JP for a better view of the scene
thanks JP

THE WINNTER IS Cloverstar and the second prize goes to Zenitlady .... clap clap clap (Big Applause)
ANSWER TO QUESTION: She was changing the CD
Thanks for your comments, I just wanted to know what your minds were thinking ... ha ha.
Thanks for your kind comments again

Hello Sarju,
Good picture again. The point of view is interesting, i like it.. And I like this warm color. Also these two ladies in leading roles tell us the air inside. it seems like a happy night.. You captured it well ;)
(guess: she is modelling to a camera)
Congrats Sarju, Regards..

I opened this and said aah! That means I like it a lot. The vibrant colours, the movement of the girl in the foreground, and the joy in the girl's smile. A very lovely lively shot. I think you captured the moment just right. Love the red tones, and the dark areas. I smile at your good use of a tripod. Good thinking for that. I'm not sure what the bartender is doing, perhaps reaching high up to adjust the sound of the stereo music. Not sure.

Hello Sarju! Great cafe shot in low light. Love the reds! The girl laughing makes the whole photo happy. I would guess the bar girl may be changing the channel on the TV? Hope the beer is good there! Linda

Hey Sarju, Great mood. Great colors and lighting. I think It would have been cool to make this a vertical shot although I also kind of like it like this. Good idea using the beer glass! :)
I am posting a workshop. Hope you don't mind. JP ADding points now.

Great mood Sarju!! The colours are fantastic and the expression of the girl at the bar was really well caught. Very well done!

Wow.. great moody shot, Sarju!
You captured very well the scene with the warm tones and great light/contrast!
The faces in the background add a lot to the compo, the same as the bartender silhouette.
Congrats!
Marisa
