[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Cyclamen is a native of the Mediterranean; but is found in nurseries around the world. This one has made it's way into my living room and is one of my wife's favorite houseplants.

Hi Rob
My wife as well. Hate to be a nit picker, but the petals look pale. Additionally the pot and leaves are a distraction. Since you have the plant available for a retake, try an angle that eliminates the pot because these "flowers" can stand on their own.

Dan

Nice subject. Pot's annoying though. A crop or different pov could fix this, I think. TFS!

Salu Rob,
Le fond noir est bienvenu car il donne un relief particulièrement saisissant de la fleur. La lumière, très étudiée, joue également beaucoup dans la beauté de l'ensemble. Bravo et merci pour le partage.

Hi Rob
I like your compo instead!
the flower and the pot are very well balanced since the first is focused and the second is not.
I love the effect derived by the relationship between the red and the black.
Good details and light. well done
