Upside down

I let you guess what specie is the floating thing in the pool of the Peace Palace; very common one with the green neck ;)

This is the third picture of my new DMC-FZ18. It is really impressive as result with the macro pictures with the minimum focus distance.... ONE CENTIMETER! YES!

Thanks for your comment and your critique.
Kind regards.
Lybil

Chuckle...a cute one, and well done! The more I look at it the funnier it gets...those legs are a hoot, and the curled up tail feathers! Great catch, and well done:)

Hi Lybil,
I don't have any idea which bird was that. All I know, for sure, this is a great shot. Love to see the details of the plumage, sharply captured and nice ripples to fill the frame. And the best thing was, this is a very nice moment captured. Very well done, Lybil.

Ramdan.
P/S: You have a great bridge camera... If I am not mistaken it has a great 18X zooming capability - eqv to 500mm!!! Love to see more FZ18 shots from you, Lybil.

Hi Lybil
Usually is what goes up must come down, this fellow is doing it reverse.
A very good capture of this bird which is humourous in a way.
Nice colorful and sharp shot
