Taxiing a Cessna 152 on a cold winters morning to runway 10 at Blackpool Airport. The fisheye lens is excellent at capturing such close up environments in detail with good depth of field. The associated lense distortion does not, in my opinion, detract from the image.
The pilot was training for his Private Pilots License which he has now acquired. It seems all the concentration etched on his face was worth it.

Hi Keith,
I'm an aviation fan like no other. I could spend all day in a plane. I hope to ride in a bi-plane for my birthday gift to me in April! :D
I think this is a nice photo showing the concentration it takes to fly a plane. You have a nice pov for this photo showing all of the aspects; pilot, notes, controls, etc... I like the repetition of circles (headphones, dials) and rectangles (dials, windows), keep the eye moving from area to area.

Hi Keith,
Im a keen flyer as well and think this is a great shot of the inside of the cockpit, I know what it takes to learn to fly and I can see from the concentration on this guys face just what he is thinking, take off is not the easiest of things to master.
Your fisheye lens has given this picture a great feel.
