[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
LE MONT ST-Michel is perhaps one of the most recognized locations in France. But to Experience daily life surrounding this famous site is amazing. One of the things i learned from these two Shepherds is that the meat from these Sheep is unique... the sheep eat the grasses which are sometimes covered in salt water due to the extreme tides in this area. The grass then has a characterisic of saltiness, which is absorbed into the sheeps flesh. When one of these sheep are prepared for eating by humans the meat has a PRE-Salted Taste. In this region of France you can order ordinary lamb or PRE-SALTED LAMB. The difference in Taste is quite amazing.

bonjour raymond

Bravo

Olivier

A lovely image Raymond with good colour and light and the semi faded Mont ST Michel adding a nice backdrop. As a child I had a jigsaw of this place. Beautifully executed,
David

Cordialement
Audrey

Hi Raymond,

I love this photo! We've all seen the "touristy" shots (and I even have a few myself from years back), but this is wonderful. I like the composition very much! It has so much interest.

tfs, Lisa

by the way, I love lamb, but don't tell these sheep!
