Good angle here, I like the nocturnal urban feeling and the shadows of the passing vehicles, as well as the parked bikes. Proof that you don't need technical perfection to make a great shot.

Though the picture is unsharp, it is quite eyecatching; the curve, the black and white tones, and the feeling of movement by looking at it.
I really like the rule of thirds used here.

As far as the sharpness goes, possibly try sharpening it once or twice, or even use "unsharpen mask" in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or any program possibly, if you have it.
Also, there is a slight distraction at the top you could clone or crop out.
