[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Change of outfit, similar light set up, and we're back with the electric fan/ wind effect ...

Then out of nowhere, Bianca popped up that eyebrow, and delivered a beautiful little look to the camera that we both "oooohed" over when we saw it on the display screen.

That's the story behind this one.

I tweaked a few levels, PP'd the background to white from its original grey cast, and sharpened.

WOW! This is really great shot of her, gorgeous smile and her "challenging" eyes.. (sorry, I dont' know how to explain that). Great CONTRAST!!! Lol... love the colours, skin tone and the clarity... Superb shot my dear, love it!

I actually thought that one of the photography rule was not to cute someone's head?? I always thought it didnt look so bad but never dared posting such a shot ... am glad to see that its not one of your rules! ;)

Look at her eye . . Straight through the heart . .
Just miss her brightness of her left eye, this may be your purpose doing it . .
I like the light from right side . . compensate the main light . .
In fact she is beautiful . . What can I say?
Great shot my friend . . I am using this style for the learning process later with Haldian . .

I like how you have eliminated all the ugly shadows from indoor images and keeping the exposure and detail so flawless. No wonder some of your top quality images pop-up unauthorized. A professional photographer specified for model shot once told me that we better not cut the model on the joins, like elbow, knee... so here, i wish some more on the bottom Rew, or a little crop from the bottom

By far the best out of the other shots you made from her. I like the eye thing that she is doing. Although, I would love to see her hand rather than what she has done here and maybe a bit of Shadows and Highlights on her hair (right ear side).

What you have done here with the golden tones and the blowing hair plus the eye thing was just amazing.

Well now mate, this finally she presents with all her beauties. I wished I could take a shot as well ha .. ha .. and that's why I made a WS for you, hope you do not mind.

But again, if you cropped half of the frame bottom, it will give a different taste (but that's my opinion, perhaps may not suit you)

Hello, Rew.

Your portrait work is really coming on by leaps and bounds!

This is stunning! Not only a very attractive young lady, but superbly lit, fantastic detail, perfectly exposed and razor-sharp.

I look at my 18-55mm "kit" lens and wonder if I should change it for something better to improve my shots. If you can take pictures like this with that very same lens, then it's not the lens but me that's the problem!

Presumably the same lighting set-up as before with your model roasting under 2KW of lamps? I suppose the fan will help that. Only joking. :o)

your Bianca series is indeed great and your techniques are worth trying/experimenting. well done, pal.

for this one i think Bianca needed some touch-ups on her oily/sweaty forehead and her eyebrow.

i am not sure if she needed that cushion behind here.

generally & the rest i think it's an effort well done!

Rew, I missed this. She is so Beatuful. I have tried before the effect with the electric fan and I guess what the professional are doing are not ordinary electric fans. Her expression was really natural and you have clicked the shutter at the right moment. Lighting is good here. Have you use a single main light source here?

Very beautiful portrait, splendid model, nice facial expression. Good pose and lighting. Right exposure and colour rendition. I did a post on workshop, to correct the right eye. but i think i went a bit to far, ))) i'll post a better version tomorrow.

You achieve a great result with cheap material.

i like this one. ganda ng execution Rew. the thumbnail looked familiar, its the beautiful Bianca pala.
and as usual the lighting is perfect.

one more comment, as many people did... this one's my favorite of your Bianca's serie. Just a short comment on that beautiful picture: there is a need for space on the right side, and for the hair.But the mood, colors, light etc. are just perfect!

hey rew is this the last one, happy to see this, but a bit sad cause you only posted three of them, maybe you have a whole body shot, bianca has a very nice curve because of her dancing skills, hey did you do some softening on her hair or is it just because of the slow shutter, congrats rew, ganda ganda talaga

its a shame to learn that your photos were (ab)used...

i am ok with the watermark, and to be honest, the PP'd background is quite nice actually, editing hair decently is a pain in the a$$...

her expression is what makes this image, the raised eye brow to be exact :)

One remark, if I may :
I would make, at least, her left eye a bit more lighter.
I see a sort of " unbalance " in her look
and I think it has something to do with that darker side.

An eternity since I wrote to you ,but I was off line since you posted this one. What a great portrait ( and model ) Splendid expression and emotion captured. Spot on light management and focus. I like a lot the use of electric fans to create a wind effect.
