Bend like the road

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I found that I like to take photo of a leading road. It is interesting that browsing through the old photos, there may be some photos that at least made us say "oh I took this!", although we were just a happy snapper then.
This photo was taken during my tour at Tasmania, Australia in 2001. I studied at Sydney Australia. I like to travel but I took only a few photos using point and shoot film camera (Nikon Lite Touch) because the hassle of buying film and developing. I totally have no idea of technical setting of this photo because p&s film camera is all auto. I also forgot the exact location of this road but may be the road from Campbell Town to Swansea. |

Hi Samry,
yeah....browsing old photos is just like walking down the memory lane.
if seeing an old photo makes us say "oh I took this"; re-visiting the place will make us say "oh I was here. It is still the same old place!"
unfortunately it's too far away a place to visit my alma mater and during which time when digital technology was still a jargon.
for my personal exercise, I do a WS, just to compare how thing might looked like when it was captured years ago.
Thanks for sharing your memory in Down Under.
Cheers
Agoes
Salam Samry. Congratulations on you 12th post and I guess you are already learning from the true spirit of trek sites. This is a pleasant scanned picture but I do feel the white balance is a bit on the warmer side. Agoes workshop did well to cool down the white balance and as you can see the critique is very fruitful in improving our photographic skill and presentation. All for the best Samry and very best regards. Jusni

Hi Samry,
Notoliban ku moti da tih...
Very nice composition with s-curve leading line here. As personal preference, yes, I agreed with Agoes' WS and Jusni's comment. But then, you know your shot better and you must have a good reason to present it this way.
Mantad dogo,
Ramdan.
Hii, nice shot.
