TL member atarisphoto cruising a nice section of ridge top, along the Maah Daah Hey trail in the badlands of North Dakota.

This was sometime in the evening, as the world grew calm and quiet, and everything was washed in the soft pastel colors of early sunset. This trail is incredible; it is 100 miles of singletrack zen connecting the north and south units of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, winding its way across remote and beautiful countryside.

If you're looking for a challenge, or a quiet place to hike or bike, don't overlook this trail. Here, I can promise you two things: a hell of an adventure, and a ride you won't soon forget.

Enjoy!
