Pumpkin loves to sit on these books and look out the window--as all cats do.
Of course, he is supposed to be a barn cat and spend his days outside catching mice. Not in cold and damp Ireland!! His place is in front of the Aga!
I brought him a bed to place in front of the Aga and from then on it was blissful sleeping.
Cats have it all sussed out.

Hello Joni,
this is a nice composition with the windows as background.The light through from the window gives the image a special quality.Pumpkin seems to be a very learned cat indeed!

excellent light and contrast, very good balance of colours!
and I like the cat :) You managed very well to capture all the tiny details of the cat's silhouette.

PS Cats adore sitting, lying or sleeping on all sorts of papers, books, magazines! I have no idea why, but they do :)
