How about thatl ong exposure and the silky effect of same. It's amazing how it transformed what could be a fairly normal sunset, colors notwithstanding.
Speaking of colors, those are wild, are they as shot or helped in post? That one highest cloud formation is impressive, looks like a big bird swooping down, really adds to the dramatic effect here as well.
Good eye and good mechanics, beautiful shot with a great lens as well.
Composition and presentation are excellent.

The most admirable cloud is "fast flying" above all and looks like a giant bird (even the beak and head are perceptible)!
And below that prehistoric beast, float the last warm tones of sunset that provide such a romantic hue to the sea!
