[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture was taken on the beach, as you can see, in Newport RI. The origianl photograph was taken in color and I wanted to add more to it. I changed the photograph to B&W and then added some light yellow to add some effects to the sky. I hope you all enjoy it.

Hi Christian,

I had a look over your gallery and saw this as a thumbnail - and liked it. Then I saw the larger version and still like it although I think there is a problem with the level of the horizon. It seems to be tilted to the left. A bit of rotation in pp can correct this.
I like the yellowish touch you added and the sharp fg. I think I would have cloned out the ship in the bg for putting emphasize on the aspect of loneliness but that is a question of personal taste.
