| Kamianets-Podilskyi was first mentioned in 1062 as a town of the Kievan Rus' state. This town can be called the city-fortress. The ancient castle was reconstructed and substantially expanded by the Polish kings to defend Poland from the southwest against Ottoman and Tatar invasions. |

Hello nika - i think you show us a nice pov of this beautifull fortress - we see very well how they have used the landscape to their benefit. Color contrast is fine and the sky imposing. Must be a nice place to visit - a chapter of history i do not know well.
