Great wide-angle view... Nicely done
David

Great shot Peter, the natural light coming through the door is a lovely effect, lots of sharp detail.
When did you get out???

Thanks
Gil

Hello Peter, a thought provoking picture.
It must have been dreadful to be locked up in a cell like this, staring at these four walls.
You have managed the light really well.
I wonder how many people were locked up in here together?
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi Pete - great idea for a shot and well executed as well. Certainly looks like a pretty bleak place to have been incarcerated!

One of the things I like about this shot is that it lets my imagination work - I think this would be a good place to go back to and try a few other ideas. For example, a really low point of view to give us the feeling on being on the floor may have added to the mood, or maybe aiming a little to the right to decentalize the door. I like it when a shot both appeals and stirs my thoughts like that - nice posting :-)

Hi Peter,
Wonderfully composed ... the open door is a well conceived POV as it created a sense of welcoming. Good lighting management and overall contrast. Well done! tfs
Cheers,
Renier

Great details Peter... I think this is a real good capture.
I think it's very good how you managed to keep the details in the hall so clear.

Must have been quite something to be locked away in a cel like this....

Cheers!

This just goes to emphasize my comments in the last one you posted Pete. Nice tones and textures and good light. They have preserved the oold structure very well. TFS
