Great portrait of your son here. Very cute.
Nice colours and good composition.

I'm not sure about the shallow depth of field here. I think I would have opted for sharpness through out.

Would have been even better had there been direct eye contact. I know it's very difficult with children that age. I have a daughter of 17 months now and she seems to think that when the camera is pointing at her she should run and hide.

What lighting did you use for this?
