Combination of people and lights are very sharp for this composition, which could almost be called an action shot.
This really depicts the life of today with everyone using a cell phone.

It never ceases to amaze me that before hardly anyone used the phone booth yet today people need their cell phone at a funeral or in the weirdest places.

Yes indeed daily life and you captured it just right - this is how I imagine the streets to look with all the neon lights and sure enough here people also have to keep phoning.....
Looks like a clean city.
