actually this sign is on the ground at a parking lot. At that time, the weather was cloudy, which made the picture dark and greyish. So with PS I did some level adjustment, set the brightness, cropping, rotate it and sharpened it.
it bothers me alot, when i see a car, which the driver was "healthy", and park the car on this space, I often see it whenever the parking lot was full. they parked, get off the car and just walk away like they didnt do anything wrong... |

hi Willy..I liked the graphics and eyetwisting perspective..and you did a very neat pp..done very naturally...
cannot comment on the content/note..we do not have such sensitivities in our culture yet..sorry..for us and from you..I hope it is soon to come...
willy this is a very strong and graphic shot at the same time;-) i agree with your anger about people who do that. i personally never take these spots for i would not want to trade my position with theirs, so why take their reserved parking spaces??
nice shot!
I am touched by your post here. Also impressed to read how you converted it in PP work. I have been forced to have a handicapped sticker on my vehicle for many years, and as one who knows, it is very frustrating when these special parking places are taken by people who do not need them. I appreciate your post and identify with your message. Thank you.. :O)
