[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I found this pair of nesting Bald Eagles sunning themselves on a low tree next not far from my home. They allowed me plenty of time to try several different camera settings and angles. Shy and elusive this was a rare opportunity to get this close.
The only thing done to this photo was cropping.

Great shot of this magnificient bird. They seem to be startled by something as evidenced by the intensity of their gaze. It is very difficult to get this close to these birds who like to stay on top of the trees. Congratulations.
