I have to agree with Linda, Sorina... sharpness is not that great here... I also find the photo lacks light. I mean, obviously you shot it in strong sunlight... but that doesn't show from the luminance, only from the shadows.
Sorry, for me this doesn't work...

the play of light is good.. but i would prefer a natural capture.. expecially when u take macros.. it's wonderful to admire natural light!! however the experiment is nice.. and your subject is beautiful with good details!! well done

Imi place efectul adaugat aici, fotografia e super ok, insa poate un pic prea mult acoperita de "fade"...oricum, ma bucur sa vad inca un trandafir minunat! :)
