Hello Scott, with the frog sitting on the wood-plastic hand railing, I first thought it too was wood/plastic as well.
It just tones into its surroundings. I like its coloured textured patterns - quite pretty. And your composition with the angle cropping looks good.

Amazing sharpness and details.
OK now, not too sure about the tilt.
Feels like its going to slide down anytime :-).
But then again, the way it holds itself, its trying to hold on.
Still an amazing clear shot.

Prezado e inolvidável Scott,

Penso estar diante de uma bela manifestação artística, representada por esta fotografia assaz elucidativa no que tange a espécie deste batráquio tão formoso e belo. As cores, em especial o verde que lhe serve de plano de fundo, encontram-se no presente trabalho muitíssimo bem definidas e servem como uma espécie de moldura para o supracitado animal.

Todavia, entendo, salvo é claro melhor juízo, que a imagem trasmite uma impressão um tanto o quanto derrotista, uma vez que o nosso amigo sapo está em posição descendente. Acredito, pois, que seu trabalho poderia ser incrementado - ganhando, portanto, maior representatividade - com a imagem sendo rotacionada de tal maneira que o exótico sapinho aparecesse dando a impressão, para quem olha para esta sua fotografia, de que ele está indo em direção ao alto, ou seja, transmitindo a impressão de que está em uma jornada ascendente.

Antecipadamente peço-lhe humildemente que me perdoe caso não seja esta a sua opinião ou, ainda, se lhe caso qualquer espécie de embaraço com este meu comentário. Ocorre que sei expressar-me melhor em minha língua de origem, o mesmo devendo ocorrer com Vossa Senhoria.
