the Brick form of fortress comes from with XIV age, when Giedymina made up residence as well as his Witold's sons and Kiejstuta. In later years the lock was rebuilt several the times unfortunately, however in XVII age he fell in ruin with regard on destruction mainly (1655), being between Republic with result of war and Russia. It owes his present figure accomplished in XX age renovations. Trockie in lock is at present Historical Museum.
