hello Firoze, i am sorry for this shot, but i must suggest you to set proper expouser because your background is over exposed or you have clicked it against the light. you have lost details of your subject and your zoom is not appropriate for this catch. even it seems a little soft focus to me.
it could have been a lot better with proper focus and zoom. the quailty is also an issue.

i hope you will take my advice friendly. waiting for your next upload.
