Hello pediatrician,
I'm a neurologist. Thank you for admiring one of my images which brings me to exploring yours. Many great shots!.
I like this one for the symmetry and the perfect reflections and perfect positioning of the 2 men. Technically I find the bright wall somewhat overexposed and using the burn tool in PShop you would be able to darken that. And perhaps enhance the colors a little with Hues.
