US Open of Surfing and Beach Games in Huntington Beach, California -Bank of the West Beach Games held in Huntington Beach, California, is an extreme sports competition that brings surfing, skateboarding, motocross and BMX together in one location on the beaches of Huntington Beach. Accented by live music, this celebration of Southern California beach culture is designed for all ages. Carrying skateboards, surfboards, on rollerblades and pushing bicycles or baby strollers, over 250,000 tourists and local Southern Californians gather to enjoy entertainment and sports action at the annual surfing and extreme sports event held the last week of July at Huntington City Beach.

A great action shot - well composed with the water behind the biker (instead of the crowd which wouldn't have let him pop out from the background as much).
Great work.

I really like your composition here, Jeff. Especially the fact that there's no ramps or ground elements showing, giving the illusion (I hope!) that the biker is directly above the crowd. The horizon bisecting the biker would normally be a problem, but with it thrown so out of focus, it's not really an issue. Good job conveying the action, the crowd, and the whole event.
