...and what a story it must be! I absolutely love this shot. You captured his life in these clear wrinkles. YOu could see his expressive eyes even though you shot his profile. What a great job!

this is a great! photo -- something about the moving backround and the crisp precise lines of his face - just make an incredible photo to look at!

Good portrait Fernando.
Interesting affect, good for title.
Take care.
Matt

Hi Fernando,
Nice portrait. I like the shallow dof. The blur of the background and the soft lines it makes move you right to that man's face. And, his face has so much character it's interesting to look at.
Well done!
Richard

I have always loved shots like this Fernando. And you outdid yourself this time. The background lighting and DOF are perfect. And you even managed to get lighting to halo the hair! If only I could get the sun would cooperate with me like it did with you. Congrads, great job.

hi Fernando
a very good b&w portrait.
I like this face of this man.
the marks of time on its skin recall us that it is necessary to live today fully.
this man seems peaceful and happy to smoke quietly.
perhaps it misses a little distance in front of man.
if he looks towards the left side, he looks at his past.
if you had turned the photo one towards the right side he would look at his future.
two symbolic systems.
Congrats
CK.

Hello Fernando,
Great great portrait! Perfect in all aspects..
Congrats!

Good portrait. It looks nice in BW. It's just a bit soft, but still very nice.

Truly great portrait Fernando! The BW is an obvious choice as this man face can bring much more with the life traces more brought out by the bw textures. The compo itself makes it match the mood of passing time here, as it leaves a open space in front of him, like he is admiring the slow flow of time. Good job!! :)

very good work,Fernando, great observe, stron character, and yes, we can read about his lifestory when seeing by profil.
quite b&w, excellent.

Lots of expression captured clearly during a very thoughtful moment in someone's life. Great portrait.

Very rough looking fellow, maybe he's had a hard way to go. Great composition it looks very good in black and white.
