[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture was taken at the Belmar marina at the Jersey Shore. I loked how the out riggers made the shape of an arch. I felt that the black and white conversion looked better than the color. I used picasa to convert the image into b&W and also to resize to TL specs.
