Bonsoir Gloria,
Personally, I find it shocking the attitude of its tourists who don't take into account that we must not do in the country where you went. There are customs, to have respect after local residents. Thanks for your note that this helps to recognize the offset between tourists and locals but also permitted the police for tourists and repression for the population. It's revolting.
Best regards, TFS

It raises an interesting question - the "rights" of foreigners accustomed to certain behaviours in their own country, and their respect or lack of respect for the cultures, morals and standards of another country.
While I think it is incredibly rude for the locals to stand and stare - or peep with binoculars! - I also think it is unwise of the visitors to assume their home country's standards should apply.
Photographically this is ok - a shame that the guy in the foreground is in view, it would be ten times better without him, but overall an engaging photo.

Good to see you!!! A very cute and funny capture, but I'm sure they think if it's out there theres no harm in looking :) It must be strange to them to see foreigners, such a different life. A very good capture. TFS and hope this finds you well.

Hi,
"It happens only in India." You might find a Bollywood song with the quoted starting line. This is just one example of the amazing(good or bad) things that can happen in India.
Well, I do not know any other country where the police will drive away the locals and restrict the area for the foreign tourists. Again, it happens only in India.
It is the human nature to be curious. If you stop someone from doing something, he/she would just be curious to explore why is he/she being denied.

A technical point of view, the picture is a little too saturated and it lacks a bit of sharpness. But on the other hand I think this is a good document, which reflects well the cultural chasm that can separate us.
A very interesting picture,
Thx for sharing.
Hello gloria
u've capture a nice contrast with a very interesting point of view, i've seen ur gallary n found ur shots very diffirent from others, u always have a different way of thinking while taking ur shots.
after reading Rew's Critique i planed to give ur picture a little workshop but while doing that i changed the whole senario, I really didn't mean to change ur prospective at all.
i hope u wont mind the changes in this picture its just an other point of view, Thanks n Regards,
Cheers

Hello gloria,
The image title "Very interesting indeed!" says it. You felt it very interesing that the people are looking at the couple with a very less amount of cloths. The same time those people felt very interesting seeing these couple with very little dress. If you are visiting a country, you should respect their culture and costoms. From this you can understand that India is a very safe country for tourists than most of the other countries. If one go to Saudi Arabia, you are not supposed to walk nude. You are visiting other countries to see and feel the culture. The same time others also seeing your culture too. Thanks for the post.
Regards,
Oam
