This is Hannah who is going to be THREE next week. She has just had a haircut and was happy to let me see it and photograph her. Turning THREE is a big event for her, and she is going to have a party on Sunday with a few little friends.
Hannah is my little grand daughter, my dear little cheeky friend.

Lovely wee face. Kids make wonderful models, their expressions can be incredibly natural. I like the way you have captured the light in her eyes here and I like the tight cropping to the face. It's not always easy to get the lighting how you want it, but if you can 'pose' her, try having a strong source of natural light on one side of the face, then shooting into the shadow side and see what affect you get. Lovely, thanks for sharing, Karey.
