[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
HI :0)..

This is an experiment with my colouring book using a variation of the Orton Effect,inspired By Karen Smith "Karith" I used two layers ... enlarged the base layer and made a zoom blur and the second I cut out the flowers from the background of black using the select and colour range method in PS ...and placed them over each other to get the effect.... Oh! I wandered here today and found my name in print...hehe. Now I think you have inspired me in turn with this terrific idea of enlarging the base layer. Meanwhile, these black-eyed-susans look so cheerful and delightful, with excellent color accents from the blue and green hues...all glowing from the background effect. A big bravo:))

What a superb presentation! Excellent way to treat this subject. The effect of light is really beautiful!
I like these contrasted blue and yellow coloured harmony. This variation of Norton effect is a good choice and gives a great result. Bravo! Annie.

hi roman, neat image, the overall background blur is neat, i like the colors and details too, the yellow blur works very well in the comp. but i find the blue has smudged me right of the bottom of the page! i would of used the vase background as more of a halo and pushing me up into the frame if possible,
