One Wave

Wave
The unique fingerprint of one wave – each different from any other. It struck me while photographing waves recently that you could take as many photos as you like from the same spot and every shot would be different – infinite variation. Anyway, this is one.
Cropped, sharpened and added a noise reduction filter to get a more “silky” look to the wave. |

Beautifully done...
Oversharpened a bit perhaps?????
Love the idea of uniqueness...I am surprised just how much movement is evident on the crests with a shutter speed of 1000th
Well done.
Mike
Tezzer, you done well getting the details and reflections documented. Unfortunately you did not tell us where this picture was taken, but then there are thousands of beaches in Australia where the waves crashing for million of years and a trillion trillon waves have crashed before.
Usually the white foam plays havoc with the exposure, leaving the foreground too dark, but your picture/camera coped well with this. The "movement in the crest" is only spray from an off-shore wind.
