This is a shot of a beautiful Spanish Stallion that was in the rare/foreign breed class at the Royal London Show which was held at the East of England Showground at Peterborough. He eventually came 2nd, as the lovely Cleveland Bay mare that we took beat him into 1st place.

hello Jane
WOW he is sooo majestic, what a stunning horse, lovely sharp stop action detail here the flowing mane is just beautiful! I have to be honest and say I might have gone for a portrait style on this one to give added attention to his height and stature but thats personal opinion. Lovely crisp white framing suits the image perfectly. Well done
TFS regards Helen

hello Jane,
What a wonderful looking boy and does he have a magnificent mane and tail.Great colours abd detail.
The crisp white framing works so well.
Welll done to you for coming in first with your mare.
TFs, Joni
A very nice pose and photo, assisted by a timely wind-gust (?). When all is said and done, there is too much depths of field in this shot so the background is competing with the main subject. A wider lens aperture would have helped to avoid this particular problem by a furlong!
grt action shot here Jane well captured ty for sharing
