Few things are as pleasant as a run along the beach especially after being cooped up indoors with bad weather over the past week. Here one of many joggers enjoys fresh air and watching the surfies in action at Palm Beach, one of Sydney's best beaches. The workshop shows the sort of thing she was looking at.
The power of the surf on this weekend can be seen in the large broken foam in the background.

Another well composed image here Murray. Have a great day.
Dennis
The capture here is very good and the composition excellent, with your subject nicely off-centre and with LOTS of room for her to run into :)
My one minor quibble is due to the strong backlighting: I think I'd like to see her just a little more clearly, so I did a small workshop for you - I hope you don't mind

hi Murray
Very nice angle of shot for this direction of light, especially the light falling on the sand and the splashed waves. I definitely agree with you about jogging on a beach, it is a fun thing to do, although running too long stretch can give blisters if without shoes.

A good workshop by Silke Murray. Not an easy task shooting against the light, sometimes they work others not. A typically mainland Asutralian scene. I do like the foreground detail and the heavy shadows at her feet,
