The Lawn
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Finally I'm getting around to my first post on here. Just wanted to put up something simple but sort of shows a daily scene.
This is an old fertilizer sitting around the backyard. Americans have an obsession for keeping their lawns even and green, free of any weeds. I must say I enjoy a nice green lawn, too. But it takes a lot of attention to keep it perfect. It's funny how much of our resources, money and time we spend on attaining that perfection. |

C'est un constat de société Paul ! Il y a un dicton qui dit :
l'herbe est toujours plus verte chez le voisin !
L'homme est ainsi fait.
Une photo philosophique, ou du moins qui laisse à penser.
It is a report of Paul company! There is a saying which says:
the grass is increasingly greener in the neighbor!
The man is thus made.
A philosophical photograph, or at least which leaves think.
I like this very simple shot of the nice green lawn and the dispenser. It typifies how the lawn dominates the householder, seems to say "I can be beautiful, but you will have to work hard to keep me that way". Nice colours and simplicity.
