We had a rainy summer this year, but the plants and in the garden are doing well. I have a lot of spiders like this one.
This is my first photo with my new lens.

Salut Pierre,
La profondeur de champ est particulièrement courte pour perdre le focus sur les pattes d'une araignée. Par contre, les détails au point de focus nette sont bien rendus. Dans la catégorie gros abdomen, elle serait sur le podium ! On voit que la toile a déjà servie.

exercice macro pas evident. le vent est toujours un obstacle a la profondeur de champs tres faible mais c bien reussi ici.

De la microphotographie à son meilleur. C'est incroyable les détails. Cette charmante bête ne ferait qu'une bouchée de celle que j'ai publiée récemment. J'en ai une de cette envergure sur mon perron mais sa toile est mal placée pour la prendre.

Bravo, c'est objectif semble intéressant et ouvre la porte à plusieurs expériences à venir, je serai au rendez-vous.

a great shot of the spider. Beautiful colours and nice grey background o push the subject into focus. The web is seen and looks very special.

Indeed, the same spider as in my garden !! But YOU do live in Canada ... so this is an international spider.
