Hello Henryk,
Interesting idea and title. The curves of the motorway made me think of a snake as well.
In my opinion, however, the quality of your photo is not really up to the effect you wanted to obtain.
First of all, the landscape colours are quite dull and the sky is overexposed.
Secondly, I have the feeling that you wanted to show us too much: AND the road AND the scenery (this sometimes happens to me as well ;o)). So, we miss a kind of real focus point, which should be the road.
Thirdly, as to composition, the mountain top is too close to the upper border of your photo and, because of the absence of an element on the foreground (a tree or a pole), we miss some "depth" and sense of scale.
I would propose the following solution:
- a severe crop on the upper part of the photo, as to make the sky totally invisible. So, our eyes immediately concentrate on the strange snake in the green scenery and are not distracted by the less interesting background and sky;
- more contrast and saturation, as to make the image more vivid. Another option would be a black-and-white conversion.
I think with these changes, your photo would pop out better and would become more "conceptual".
Of course, this is just my personal opinion. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).
TFS & kind regards,
Erik
