Beautiful scene. I love the deep colours of the trees and how they are reflecting in the water. It looks very 'real' - and the boat is placed at just the right place.

Good points: I like the composition , the mood , the leaves floating at the surface and dark colors .

Bad point : I have to say you have oversharpened your image The pattern in the trees on the top left is showing it. This should be avoided.

Autumn foliage is a tricky subject. First it must not be oversaturated, or it becomes blurred. Here I do not think you did that. But when you downsize it for TL, the blurr effect is multiplied. Then trying to sharpen it is not successful.
