[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I saw this while out taking pictures yesterday looking for something nice to take pictures of but I came across this big pile of trash left out. This isn't a good look at Wilmington it does not look like this everywhere but I am sure this doesn't leave a good impression for someone visiting the city to see things like this.

I can almost smell it. I am sure it was picked up the next day. It's amazing the amount of rubbish we all throw away every single year.
