No he/she is not the most handsome creature Tanner, but you have done an amazing job of capturing he/she. Your notes are excellent and I was really pleased with my self when I had guessed “praying mantis” before reading them. Really well executed shot here and presented perfectly.

Very good close up macro showing a big head and eyes. Nicely captured with blur BG and sharpness.

He looks like twisted but you are good in shooting it from this angle to include the blur FG. What I wish to see perhaps will be the full feelers inside the frame.

Up-close and personal. That gives this photo a good impact. Seeing the focal length of 5.8mm, I believe that you were very close to your subject. A needed distance for a good macro work.
