Sara, you did a very good thing - I did the same months ago when an abandoned cat gave birth to 4 kittens in my garden... now she and one of her daughters are healthy and happy and they like to cuddle like yours...
I like the way you focused on the cat's face and turned the sheets into a kind of fluffy cloud - it's lovely. it gives really the impression of a warm, cosy bed and the look on the cat's face seems to confirm it...

Ihe softness of the out-of-focus bedclothes provides a perfect frame for the cute kitten. Lovely shot.

Fantastic capture. Excellent use of DOF really draws the eye straight to the kitten's face. Perfect focus on the face and nice lighting.

Only thing I would have done differently is crop so the kitten is off-center. I think it would work better for this than having it centered.
